Hours and days of operation:

• From Thursday to Monday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays we open from 9:00 a.m. for Brunch customers; However, for special events the schedule may vary. We do not work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the exception of Easter (2 weeks), summer (4 weeks), and New Year's Eve (2 weeks).

• The bar service (drinks) ends 30 minutes before closing time.

 

• The kitchen service (food) ends 45 minutes before closing time.

Access:

 

• To any person who pays the cost of access, with appropriate clothing for a beach club, and whose behavior does not cause inconvenience to the clientele of the establishment in general.

 

• It is not allowed to access pieces of luggage, food, drinks, pets, or backpacks in which unauthorized items can be introduced.

​

• Small pets, such as cats or dogs, may enter if kept inside a rigid or soft container, especially for transporting them. Service dogs will only be able to access when they accompany a person with an obvious disability.

​​

• Thermoses, glasses, or beverage or food containers may only be entered empty.

​

• The tables for diners can be set up for a maximum of 10 people. In the case of a group with a larger number of members, they will be offered the option of two or more separate tables.

​

• The establishment is not responsible for the loss, forgetfulness, or damage of personal items. Lockers do not function as safe deposit boxes for valuables.

Reserved Areas:

​

• The personal bathrooms, located next to the pool, are for the exclusive use of the elderly, disabled, or pregnant women.

​

• The establishment is 100% smoke-free, smoking is prohibited within the perimeter of the establishment.

​

• The three terraces with private pools have an additional cost.

 

 

Swimming pools:

 

• The consumption of food and drinks inside the pools is not allowed, as well as the entry of glass or ceramic containers or tableware.

 

• Children will only be able to access it with the supervision of an adult, and in the case of infants, with a special disposable diaper for use in swimming pools.

 

• You should not enter with clothes other than the so-called bathing suits, or with oils or sunscreens. They must use the showers before and after using the pools.

 

• The rules for the use of swimming pools described in the corresponding sign, next to the showers, must be complied with.

​Kayaks, tours, and rentals of aquatic devices in the lagoon:

​

• Kayaks are not part of the property's services. They are offered as demo boats for sale, by another company. They are not available every day, they have a time limit for use per person, they are exclusively for use by adults weighing less than 100 kg (220 lb), and they require a responsive letter to be signed.

 

• The aquatic tours are offered by other companies that do not have a relationship with the operating company of the establishment, the latter being exempt from all responsibility for the services offered by them.

​

• All rental of a boat or aquatic device must comply with the regulations of the respective naval authorities, including being hired at the pier or marina for which it was authorized; Therefore, it is prohibited to rent or hire boats or aquatic devices from third parties not authorized to operate from our facilities. The above does not limit our clients to be able to disembark from a boat or aquatic device that they own, or previously rented in another establishment.

• We have exclusive parking spaces for customers, in which they are solely responsible for any damages or losses that these or their contents may suffer.
